In 2020, amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, a multidisciplinary clinic in Vancouver reached out to us with the goal of increasing business. Our first step was to conduct a discovery session and identify the service offering with the greatest potential for return on investment.
Through an in-depth analysis of their appointment booking history, we determined that massage therapy services had high lifetime values, strong retention rates, and relatively low competition for paid advertising campaigns.
With this information, we developed a comprehensive paid advertising strategy, utilizing an omnichannel approach (Google Ads PPC, Facebook Ads, and Instagram). The results of this campaign were outstanding: over 430 new leads generated in the span of 12 months, with 25% converted to new business for a total of $86,000 in new revenue.
The success of the paid advertising campaign allowed the clinic to increase their marketing budget and reinvest in the business. As a result, they were able to expand their team from 12 practitioners to over 40 and are currently preparing to open a second location. The clinic also expanded their engagement with us to include additional marketing efforts such as Social Media Marketing and SEO.
